Production Supervisor (Power Generation Products)

Description Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the assembly of electrical switchgear and/or power generation equipment. 1+ years of leadership and/or supervisory experience Demonstrated competency with an ERP system utilized in a manufacturing environment (IFS or SAP preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation - such as schematics, assembly drawings, opera rational manuals, safety rules, and standardized work instructions. Ability to compile data and reports for communicating performance versus goals (on-time, quality levels, etc.). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Efficiently communicate on-time, quality, safety, and improvement initiatives to cell leaders. Understand production process and how they relate to production schedules and due dates.
