Production Support Engineer

Balyasny is in a period of rapid technology transition. This exciting role within our Production Engineering team will provide you with the opportunity to partner with our Equity investment teams. The role will interact heavily with all functions from front to back including Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Analysts, to proactively discover and understand issues and workflow/system improvements. This exciting role will additionally provide you with the opportunity to ensure the reliability, performance, and resilience of our equity trading and business‑critical systems. The candidate must have a proven understanding of Equity business, trade lifecycle and associated front to back systems.
