Job Description
Jacksonville, Florida ( 5 days from office and shifts ranging from 12-8 or 1-9PM EST), Weekend and holiday shifts will be required on a rotating basis. Additionally, working from the office (clean room) is mandatory when handling client production environments.

Insight Global is seeking a Solution Developer – TLM Cloud Support professional to provide production support for mission‑critical systems, ensuring system reliability, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of support processes. This role requires strong experience with Oracle, SQL/PL/SQL, Unix, AWS, and incident/ticket management tools, along with a solid understanding of the Smart stream TLM product suite, ETL processes, and core investment banking concepts.
