Job Summary

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Manufacturing/Production Operators of manufacturing equipment (about 30 operators) to produce our signature product. This individual will be responsible for various production activities such as training new workers and verifying the operator’s performance to maintain high productivity in high quality standard. The production involves heat staking, laser welding, mechanical swaging, printed circuit board (PCB) handling, etcetera. In addition to production operation, this position also needs to lead the production operators to support the production floor preventative maintenance activity such as machine cleaning and cleanroom cleaning. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be accountable to the performance of their section and team members.
