Production Team Lead

Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead to support daily production and assembly operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment serving critical infrastructure and modular systems projects at their facility in Ruther Glen, VA. This is a night shift position.

NOTE - This is a NIGHT SHIFT position

Hours - 5:00pm-3:30am Mon-Thur

This role combines leadership responsibilities with active participation on the production floor. The Production Team Lead will help coordinate workflow, guide assemblers through assigned tasks, support troubleshooting efforts, and ensure quality and safety expectations are consistently met.
