Summary:

The Whey Team Lead Operator is responsible for the knowledge of whey production operations including pasteurizer, evaporator, crystallizer, spray dryer, mill, sifter and packing. The Whey Foreperson position is a working foreperson and must be capable of disassembly, assembling and making minor adjustments to all whey production equipment. The Whey Foreperson must be able to understand the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), follow safe handling of hazardous chemicals, and keep accurate record-keeping as required.
