Job Purpose

• Lead the manufacturing and warehouse team to ensure safe, effective and efficient operation of the manufacturing and inbound warehouse facility
• Develop and manage the team in an equitable, transparent, challenging and supportive manner with clear accountabilities and objectives in all areas.
• Engage and develop continuous improvement across all areas to improve the safety, quality, delivery, cost and people aspects of the facility
