RSD Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing company to recruit an experienced CNC Production Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of CNC operators, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across the shop floor. This role would suit someone with strong CNC manufacturing experience and previous leadership or supervisory responsibility.
