**Production Team Member – 4-Day Work Week | Weekly Pay | $18.50–$21/hr**

We’re hiring Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in a clean, fast-paced production environment. If you like working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity with long-term potential.
**💲 Pay & Schedule**
+ **Starting Pay:** $18.50/hour
+ **Pay Increase:** Up to $21.00/hour upon full-time hire
+ **Schedule:** Monday – Thursday
+ **Hours:** 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
+ **Must be able to pass a tape measure test**

+ Assemble products using hand and power tools
+ Follow work instructions and production guidelines
+ Read and use a **tape measure** accurately
+ Perform hands-on work while standing for most of the shift
