Production Technician (12-hours shift / Backend Semiconductor) | East

Responsibilities:

• Performs product conversion, machine & process set-up per production order/requirement
• Operates the machine & performs in-process inspection during production
• Ensures quality product is manufactured on schedule to fulfill customers' requirement
• Assist the Engineer in performing equipment maintenance, process troubleshooting, and repair
• Ensures good housekeeping & proper segregation of wastes
• To comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Policies & procedures of the company

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and mass production with acleanroom environment
• Experiences in the backend semicon machinery: Die Attach, Wire Bond, Ball Bonder,Encapsulation, Testers, etc.
