You prepare and package products, assist with machine setup, and handle materials safely, including proper disposal of hazardous waste. Over time, you develop the ability to follow detailed instructions, prioritize routine tasks to improve efficiency, and troubleshoot minor production-related issues while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
