**Job Description**
The Production Technician supports the Block Department by preparing, maintaining, and repairing molds and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail with measurements and tolerances, and the ability to work hands-on with tools, machinery, and mold systems in a dynamic plant environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Verify that molds meet established company standards and quality requirements.
+ Set up molds for production, ensuring correct configuration and readiness for operation.
+ Repair and clean mold components to maintain optimal performance and product quality.
+ Read and interpret mold schematics to troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs.
+ Use grinders, wire wheels, chipping guns, welders, oxyfuel cutting torches, pressure washers, and various hand and pneumatic tools in daily work.<...
