**Job Description**

This intermediate-level Production/Manufacturing Technician role focuses on hands-on electro-mechanical assembly to support high-quality drone production. You will assemble and test avionics components, follow detailed manufacturing processes and safety standards, and collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure reliable, repeatable builds in a fast-paced production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly tasks independently, working from schematics, drawings, and verbal or written instructions.
+ Assemble and test avionics components, including PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, integrated modules, and related electro-mechanical systems.
+ Apply precision adhesives and bonding techniques during assembly, particularly on composites and structural components.
