Production Technician

**Job Overview:**

The **Spartanburg II** operation is a state-of-the-art coffee grinding and K-Rounds packaging start-up facility.   The site will operate on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); leverage the principles of Lean manufacturing and harness the power of High-Impact Teams. This includes partnering with maintenance, machine changeovers, and making minor adjustments. This role will also be engaged in the improvement of manufacturing processes for the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture. The site will run on state-of-the-art enterprise IT and manufacturing execution systems with highly automated processing and packaging.
