All our motors are designed and manufactured here at our facilities in Trondheim, where we develop not only the motors but also the innovative and patented manufacturing tools and processes that allow us to extract the maximum potential from our FiberPrinting technology.
**The Position**
As we expand our production and prototyping capacity, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join the Alva team as Production Technicians. This role is part of our Engineering team but has a strong emphasis on hands-on manufacturing. You will work directly with our patented production machinery and processes to support low-volume customer orders, while collaborating closely with engineers to develop, prototype, and refine production techniques.
