Production Technology Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization & Innovation: Analyze current manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment layouts to identify inefficiencies, proposing and implementing advanced production technologies to enhance cycle times and reduce waste.
• Project Management: Lead production technology projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgeting, equipment sourcing, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Equipment Specification & Sourcing: Draft detailed technical specifications for new machinery, tooling, and fixtures; collaborate with procurement to evaluate global vendors and conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT).
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Provide high‑level technical expertise and root cause analysis for chronic or complex equipment breakdowns, process deviations, and engineering bottlenecks.
