The Production Worker operates manufacturing equipment, supports general production tasks, and helps maintain a safe, efficient, and organized production floor. This role involves operating machines, performing manual handling of materials, and working on your feet for extended periods while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate production and machine equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 40–50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Stand and remain physically active on the production floor for up to 10 hours per day.
- Use a measuring tape accurately to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet specifications.
