**Hiring Details**

**Shift & Pay**

+ 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
+ Schedule: Monday – Thursday (OT on Friday/Saturday as needed)
+ Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
+ Daily overtime opportunities
+ Pay increase upon permanent hire

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble components and finished products as per specifications
+ Build trusses, walls, and flooring systems
+ Use hand and power tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
+ Attach and nail hangers to wood structures
+ Inspect products using overhead laser systems
+ Work in multiple departments as required
+ Perform production line and team-based assembly work
+ Meet production targets and deadlines
+ Follow safety procedures and maintain clean workspace
