Opportunity Description
**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general labor duties and lifting.
+ Work on the reworking line, opening bags that did not pass quality check and rebagging.
+ Guide materials to specific lengths using scales, rules, or templates.
+ Observe machine operations to detect defects or malfunctions.
+ Review products for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance to ensure quality standards.
+ Assist operators in setting up machines and completing tasks to meet deadlines.
+ Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work area.
+ Carry out other duties as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in general labor and lifting.
+ Ability to work on production lines.
+ Skills in machine operation and quality inspection.
+ Capability to assist in machine setups.
+ Availability to work OT every week
