Job Title: Product Service Engineer – Solar Inverters (After-Sales)
Location: Ahmadabad, Gujarat (Field-based, local travel required)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Product Service Engineer to deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site service for solar inverters. The role is primarily(after-sales), ensuring system up-time and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and repair of solar inverters at residential, commercial, and utility-scale sites.
Respond to customer service requests promptly, resolving technical issues remotely or on-site.
Conduct preventive maintenance and firmware updates.
Document service reports, failure analysis, and warranty claims.
Train customer technicians on basic operation and maintenance of solar inverters.
Coordinate with internal engineering and supply chain teams for spare parts and technical escalations.
