Le Rosey employs nearly a hundred full- and part-time academic, music and sports teachers, about half of whom are full-time academic teachers on English-speaking programmes. Teachers come from across the world, and it is school policy to maintain a mix of nationalities and approaches to match the bilingual and international character of the school.
