Professional Apprenticeship- Ranch Ministries
The PACE apprenticeship at Grace Adventures Paradise Ranch (Silver Lake, MI) equips young professionals to be successful and balanced in the Christian Camping industry. The purpose of this 14-month program is to provide college graduates with a short-term, full-time, real ministry experience. The apprentice will grow in personal character, understanding of camp ministry, and skills specific to using horses in ministry. Activities include managing a herd of 40+ horses, facilitating horse-assisted team building activities, leading year-round horsemanship experiences for youth and adults, and communicating the core values of Grace Adventures to ensure that guests are impacted with Jesus Christ.
