Professional Commercial Property Valuer (Retail)

A retail property group in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town is looking for a highly motivated person with a passion for property to join the organisation, as an Internal Professional Property Valuer.

Duties & Responsibilities

The role includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Performing retail property valuations monthly and ensure validity, quality, and reliability.
• Analysing financial, leasing and property data.
• Provide technical opinions and expertise to senior management.
• Performing NAV calculations and linked unit value calculations.
• Prepare property report and fund fact sheets.
• Review property budgets to ensure accuracy, validity, quality, and reliability.
• Keeping abreast of the retail property market conditions, this includes but is not limited to collecting market research.
• Participate and support initiatives for the achievement of the ESG strategy.
