Professional Development Associate

**Job Description:**
Collaborates with the director of clinical education and education specialists as well as clinical leadership in planning and implementing conferences, specialty training, and continuing education programs. Responsible for ensuring that clinical education activities meet the requirements of multiple professional education agencies/ organizations (ANCC, NAHUC, AAMA, AAPA, etc.) and the licensure boards in Minnesota and neighboring states. Job functions include planning, implementing and evaluating educational activities to achieve learning and clinical outcomes with the goal of improving patient care, and ensuring efficient resource management within the department. Consulting with clinical staff in areas as needed to promote use of adult learning principles and effective teaching methods.
