Duties Description • Perform structural engineering duties related to the preparation of structural steel or reinforced concrete designs for new construction of State facilities and rehabilitation/repair of State facilities.
• Prepare structural drawings and details, specifications, estimates, and/or studies for design projects.
• Coordinate design drawings and related specifications, construction costs estimates, etc., with the other technical disciplines.
• Actively manage the schedule of assigned projects according to workload, priorities, and design schedules.
• Review reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates prepared by design consultants.
• Actively oversee consultant design work for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including records of meetings, correspondence, and progress
