- Close cooperation with the drying and white finishing areas in order to receive finished and dried clay ware for inspection.

- Organizing and managing the inspection process to meet both the quality requirements and the productivity quotas.

- Coordination with the finishing process area to reduce the defect of clay ware after inspection.

- Organizing and managing the glazing processes of both manual and robot spraying areas to meet the quality requirements and the productivity quotas.

- Working closely with the engineering department to control the spare parts stock, the breakdown quota and the status of the machinery as well as to oversee and manage the preventive maintenance of the production equipment.

- Preparing and controlling the expense budgets

- Monitoring and reporting the glazing KPIs to the management and providing improvement action plans for the critical KPIs.
