Professional ministry/program apprenticeship

The PACE apprenticeship at Grace Adventures (Silver Lake, MI) equips young professionals to be successful and balanced in the Christian Camping industry. The purpose of this 14‑month program is to provide college graduates with full‑time ministry experience. The apprentice will grow in personal character, understanding of camp ministry, and skills specific to working with a variety of rental groups.

This role includes providing quality, customized experiences to guests including students, adults, and families. Specific tasks include pre‑communication with groups, planning, preparing, and implementing programs, facilitating team building and recreational activities, and communicating the core values of Grace Adventures to ensure that guests are impacted with Jesus Christ.
