Professor, Clinical Faculty Appointment (CFA) - Plastic Surgery

The Department of Plastic Surgery at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is recruiting a new professor to join its ranks of highly skilled faculty. This faculty position will establish and lead a Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Center, and provide expertise in the treatment of various wounds and radiation induced tissue damage. In addition, this faculty position will also provide clinical expertise in reconstructive surgeries for cancer patients. The incumbent must engage in academic research (clinical, translational, and/or basic science) and actively teach fellows, residents, and other trainees in Plastic Surgery as well as other disciplines. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited medical school with an M.D. or equivalent; have completed a residency training program in plastic surgery; be board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery; and be eligible for licensure in Texas.
