Entering its **30th year** , the Institute for Music Leadership plays a central role in preparing musicians for sustainable, impactful careers. The faculty member in this role will provide strategic and artistic leadership for IML, oversee the **Master’s program in Music Leadership** , and support the development of innovative, **industry‑connected and project‑based learning experiences** that reflect today’s vibrant music profession.
