Prog Mgr-Emergency Management - Full Time

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Program Manager of Emergency Management and Business Continuity (EMBC) is responsible for the leadership, development, and execution of comprehensive emergency preparedness and business continuity programs across assigned hospitals, business units, or ambulatory sites within the health system. This position ensures organizational resilience through strategic planning, incident readiness, regulatory compliance, and coordinated emergency response. The Program Manager serves as a subject matter expert and provides operational leadership during incidents, ensuring the continuity of care and business operations in alignment with Henry Ford Health's mission and regulatory requirements.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

+ Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree strongly preferred.
