Develops a systematic productivity-based program to increase access, improve patient, clinician and supporting staff experience. Implements best scheduling practices to increase productivity. Utilizes historical performance data to create schedules, collaborating with management and clinician leadership to ensure streamlined operations. Conducts training for like demand flow for new programs. Serves as a liaison to operations and clinical administration to ensure alignment. Responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring a schedule management system. Administers program operations and administrative functions such as budget, policies, marketing, outreach, training etc. Contributes to the design of program content, policies and strategic planning efforts.
