Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Logistics and Planning Liaison Officer, NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N/NC) Washington Office (WO) and provide expertise on a broad spectrum of organizational, managerial, and technical issues related to Homeland Defense (HD) and Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) operations. Duties Applying military operations experience, analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned Combatant Command (COCOM) program(s). Documents planning and programming decisions/recommendations in appropriate formats to meet (COCOM) requirements.
