Program Analyst

Summary This position is located at the Spark M. Matsunaga VAMC/Research & Development Service Line and reports to the Supervisory Health System Specialist. Responsibilities As the Program Analyst, you will: Perform duties related to the program and service necessary to support CPIVH Develop program milestones, tasks, schedules, and detailed plans for various partnership internal and external Review projects/programs to ensure minimal disruption to workers and operations to finish in a timely manner Participate in planning sessions, maintain productive written and oral communication with partners and staff Reports status and progress to senior leaders and recommends adjustments if necessary Provide guidance for internal and external partners to improve Pacific Veteran care Use quantitative and qualitative measurements to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program operation to meet goals/objectives Perform cost benefit and economic evaluation of programs and projects Serve as the...
