PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the HOUSING DEPT. of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS. Responsibilities You will plan, manage, and implement analysis and studies that are often unique and complex. You will Assist in identification of new and innovative processes and technologies for incorporation in the criteria and standards. You will serve as a program analyst, project manager, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Requirements division of the Housing program. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
