The Program Analyst- Journeyman at the Potomac River Test Range (PRTR) performs analysis on project plans and proposes projects that deliver solutions and services to meet the business and product needs of the organization. Gives support to and initiates appropriate project processes which ensure forward progress, highlight and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with stated project objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Assists program leaders as they scan the business environment to identify potential issues that may impact the quality of services, interfere with the organization's ability to manage its risks, and/or create opportunities to address these issues more effectively
* Tracks cost, schedule, and percent completion for assigned task orders
* Monitors burn rates against budgetary expectations
