PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Operations Department (c300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. SALARY: GS-09: $64,438 - $83,774 GS-07: $52,680 - $68,485 Responsibilities You will utilize software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, or similar programs. You will conduct studies related to the programs, processes and functions of the Operations Department. You will produce written reports, charts and graphs providing supporting data to management to make recommendations for organizational and staffing structures, develop workload and manpower projections, and solutions to cost overruns. You will assist with the preparation and presentation of materials for informal/formal meetings. You will create correspondence to answer or respond to critiques, audits and inquiries.
