Summary About the Position: This position is in the Operations Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District. Duties and responsibilities will vary depending on the level of the position, however you will be trained to develop into a full performance GS-11. This position may be hired at the GS-07, GS-09, or GS-11. Responsibilities Coordinates activities involved in the programming, budgeting, scheduling, and utilization of funds for Operations Division. Furnishes statistical data for program review and analysis. Establish cost allocations and economic feasibility of proposed projects. Assists in the preparation of special and recurring reports. Performs analysis of program reports, financial statements, and other accounting reports. Analyzes records, reports, directives, and correspondence and consults with managers and supervisors.
