PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary About the Position: Serves as Program Analyst in the Construction Division. Responsibilities Analyzes reports pertaining to Military and/or Civil works programs. Manages resource management activities for a program. Prepares purchase requirements and financial commitments in automated financial system. Consolidates data from different sources into an automated system. Assures the program and reprogramming of funds is in accordance with appropriation law. Oversees resource allocations for ensuring appropriate funding. Presents program and budget data in reports, conferences or briefings to management officials Participates in team studies of a full range of financial concerns.
