Responsibilities Plans and conducts studies of program processes and systems to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of operations for the Diversity Visa (DV) Program. Utilizes statistical and targeted data analysis methods to develop and provide data driven reports and recommendations to management on specific, actionable changes to established methods, practices, new tools, and technologies.
