The Pyramid Safe Haven is a 125-bed, low-barrier shelter operated by BronxWorks for chronically street-homeless single adult men. Located in the Melrose section of the Bronx, Pyramid follows a Housing First model and provides on-site services including case management, psychiatric and medical care, substance use counseling, meals, showers, and housing placement support.
