About IT for Change: IT for Change (ITfC) is a Bengaluru-based not-for-profit organisation working on Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for social change. Established in 2000, ITfC operates across four focus areas: public edtech, gender, internet governance, and development and democracy. The Public EdTech team at ITfC builds participatory models that strengthen teacher agency, school autonomy, and community participation in partnership with public education systems. Our education programs integrate digital technologies for connecting, creating, and collaborating at school, district, and state levels.
