Program Coordinator - Volunteers in Action (ViA)

Position Summary
The Volunteers in Action (ViA) Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the organization’s mission ofconnecting and supporting neighbors helping neighborsin the seven towns surrounding Mt. Ascutney Hospital. The ViA Coordinator functions as the main point of contact with the public, is responsible for managing and supervising large groups of volunteers across a number of programs and initiatives, and supervises the ViA Program Assistant, while developing, organizing, and implementing both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. The ViA Coordinator is also responsible for billing, grant writing, volunteer recruitment/onboarding, and outreach.
