**About the Role**

The **Program Lead - GenAI product planning and Operations** will be part of the Global Digital Experience team, the digital service design arm of the global CommOps organization. The role will be responsible for the operationalization of transformational GenAI projects, ensuring that the product scoping and design are aimed at high business benefits, pulling in operational stakeholders where needed, removing roadblocks for implementation, launching and managing the projects, bringing insights and feedback to improve at a rapid rate, reading out results when experiments are done, making a scaling plan and handing over successful projects to BAU (Business As Usual) teams. The role will be expected to manage multiple projects at different stages at the same time.
