What you’ll do

• Lead end-to‑end execution of cross-regional operational excellence programs across GCO
• Drive program governance, KPI tracking, and disciplined delivery of business outcomes
• Analyze operational performance (IB, field productivity, cost) to identify gaps and improvement actions
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of global best practices
• Partner across Regions, Field Ops, Product Groups...
