Program Management Analyst

Synectic Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Management Analyst to support PMA 251 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Team Lead/Deputy Team Lead, managing all aspects of the Future French Carrier (FFC) Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) FMS Case. The ideal candidate will leverage U.S. Navy experience with Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) to deliver technical expertise, facilitate program meetings, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
 

Salary Range: $115k -$150k
 

Responsibilities

+ Manage all aspects of the FFC ALRE FMS Case by supporting the PMA 251 FMS Team Lead/Deputy Team Lead.

+ Provide EMALS and AAG technical expertise and lessons learned based on U.S. Navy experience.
