Program Manager

**Description:** **Work locations: Orlando, FL or Grand Prairie, TX only**
You will serve as the Program Manager for the Microelectronics Focus Area, leading the execution of advanced microelectronics development programs that support critical national security missions.
**What You Will Be Doing**
You will be responsible for proactively managing program execution across cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract requirements while ensuring successful delivery of program objectives and customer commitments, and strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound business acumen, and the ability to effectively manage geographically dispersed cross-functional teams through all phases of program execution.
