You'll transform how our new PH&N Investment Counsellors approach prospecting, client relationships, operational efficiency and wealth management practices. By designing and delivering innovative training solutions, you'll empower counsellor teams to work smarter, unlock opportunities, and deliver exceptional client service.
What will you do?
- Design and Execute Strategic Training to create scalable learning initiatives aligned with business objectives that accelerate counsellor performance and onboarding while measuring tangible outcomes
- Champion Innovation and Modern Practices by evaluating emerging trends, sales methodologies, and training technologies to modernize the counsellor experience and drive productivity gains
- Deliver High-Impact Facilitation
