Program Manager, Operations AI & Automation

The ProgramManager, Operations AI & Automation, is a key member of a team of data professionals supporting the delivery of AI, intelligent automation, and digitization initiatives across Global WAM. The Program Manager will ensure strong alignment between strategy and execution by driving structured planning, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined delivery across assigned workstreams.

Working closely with the Director of Program Management, this individual will help operationalize program priorities, support initiative execution, and contribute to the realization of measurable business value. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
