Product Manager – Digital Platforms & Customer Experience Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong change management expertise to lead the strategy, delivery, and successful adoption of customer-facing digital platforms. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of our Salesforce Experience Cloud and custom Angular applications—from roadmap definition and execution to product launch, user adoption, and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in transforming the B2 B digital customer experience across product discovery, quoting, order tracking, and account management while ensuring effective organizational readiness, communication, and training for product releases.
