Program Manager - Special Needs Unit

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines direct patient supervision, clinical oversight, and leadership, requiring a balance of direct to indirect supervision. The Program Manager will drive program development, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional care delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Oversees the creation, revision and implementation of Behavior Plans that are based on the targeted behavioral needs of patients.

+ Frequently communicates with families and community providers to provide updates and progress on treatment.

+ Directs the behavioral assessment and behavioral treatment protocols.

+ Leads a behavioral team that produces initial behavioral plans for staff implementation and meets five (5) days a week to refine and individualize plans as needed.
